I know that Samsung is not a great place to work but does anyone how bad it really is?

My Background:
I have 4 year degree and currently working for one of the well known semiconductor company within the bay area. I’ve been working here for 1 year as a financial analyst. My salary is around 65K with 10% bonus and ESPP (about 2-3K in annual net profit).

My question:
1.) Is the Salary competitive?
2.) What is the typical work hours (eg. 9-6?)
3.) Would I travel to Korea?
