Position Description
We are looking for a BSM-BSC/RAN commissioning and integration engineer to join our RAN/BSC deployment team. He or she will be a key contributor on a multi-functional team of Commissioning, Integration, and Remote support to support field team to bring up BTS and RF optimization team.
Responsible for upgrading software package and FW for BSC/RAN/BSM of LTE/CDMA access networks and also responsible for isolate operation issue and analyzing fault and statistic. Travel to the customer and field locations will occur as necessary to perform job functions.

 

Job Details
– Integration & Commissioning BSC/RAN/CDMA/LTE system
– Integration & Commissioning BSM/LSM servers and RAID system
– Verify performance, troubleshooting and analyzing system issues include SW/HW
– Supporting Field team to bring up BTS/eNode-B system
– Supporting RF optimization for RF team from BSM/LSM
– Applying software package for BSC/BSM/LSM/RAN/BTS
– Managemnet of SW and Firmware version
– Applying & Backout PLD data

Candidate Requirement 
– 5+ years in Commissioning, Integration and Maintenance Experience of Wireless system such as CDMA/WiMAX/LTE
– Strong Knowledge of CDMA BSC/RAN/BSM System
– Hands on experience with Sun Solaris operating System and Linux/Unix.
– Exposure to High Availability and redundancy systems
– Strong knowledge of MySQL
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Strong knowledge of and the ability to solve complex issues in the areas of:
– Good documentation skills
– Performance Management (System KPIs and metrics, etc.)
– CCNA/CCNP network certificate plus
– Bachelors Degree in Computing/Electrical Engineering
– Able to work hands on with the equipment in the vendor and customer’s location
