담당 업무는 네트워크 장비들 (Cisco router, ASA series Firewall) 관리 및 각종 서버 (Windows, linux) 관리 및 백업, 그리고 desktop computers 유지 보수 입니다.

Windows/Network Engineer

Location: Long Island City, NY

Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM (M-F), 7 AM to 12 PM (Saturday)

Established in 1986 in Long Island City, NY, we are a leading supplier of electrical and plumbing products in the greater NY/NJ area.  We also extensively service and supply products across the United States, as well as internationally. 

Job Summary:

The Windows/Network Engineer is part of a key support
team of IT professionals responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and
managing the corporate networks and systems within our IT environments.  These day to day duties will entail basic
systems and server support, including network infrastructure and workstations.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

–         Support, monitor configure, implement, and
document current LAN/WAN.

–         Support monitor, configure, implement, and
document current Windows and Linux infrastructures.

–         Assist in the testing and evaluation of new and
emerging network technologies.

–         Provide technical direction to the firm in the
LAN/WAN environment.

–         Provide diagnosis, troubleshooting, and
resolution to complex and highly visible problem incidents related to Windows
Server.

–         Work to create and maintain a secure
infrastructure.

–         Analyze and network configuration and related
documentation.

–         Maintain system for network alerting and events
monitoring to provide quick response and addressing issues accordingly.

–         Sustain strong relationships with vendors and
consultants, and ensure that network standards and deliverables are met.

–         Perform other incidental and related duties as
required and assigned. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

–         Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or MIS)

–         2-3 years of professional experience in related
field.

–         Windows 2008 Server.

–         Windows 2008 Active Directory.

–         Windows 2008 Group Policy.

–         Windows 7

–         Linux.

–         Mac support helpful.

–         Cisco switches, firewalls, routers (static,
BGP).

–         CCNA, CCNP is a plus.

–          Must possess the ability to clearly and
effectively write and communicate in English; Korean proficiency is a plus.
