금요일 저녁인데, 모두들 나가 노나봅니다..
Gym에는 사람이 거의 없네요…
사우나두 나혼자 독차지…
지금까지 놀다 오는 길입니다….

늘 그래왔듯이, 차안은 노래방 내지는 디스코텍인데..ㅋㅋ
운동끝나고 집에돌아가는 길에 젤 흥겨워집니다..
(일단 샤워를 했기때문에 몸이 날아갈것 같고, 제가 찬바람을 좋아라 해서 쓩쓩 달리는 차안에서 맞는 바람은..우아~~~)

오늘은..
이전에 듣던 노래를 5번 반복해서 실컷 듣고..
헤드뱅 하면서, 한손은 지붕위로 들고…
다리만 고정자세루 한 채, 허리 돌리면서(무지힘드네요..ㅋ) 스트레스 날려버렸습니다..^^

저두 이 노래 좋아해서 몇 년 전 나왔을 때 엄청 들었었죠.. ^^ 암튼 오랜만에 수영갔다왔는데 금욜엔 텅텅 비였더군요 ㅎㅎ

전 오늘 짐에 갔더니 10시까지라고 막 나가라고 해서 좀 하다가 걍 왔어요

전 게을러서 운동 안하는데 다들 열심히 하시는구나–;
