Sorry I am writing in English. Can’t type in Korean at work.

I drive G35 2004 and I took my car in service at a dealership and they are telling me I need to replace ‘Both Front Compression Bushings’.  The estimate was $356.00 and I denied the service at that time, but I am wondering what that part is about and what is the sympton if it fails. Can any amature expert please tell me about it?
