Job Title: Web Developer

Our client company in Libertyville, IL. seeks an experienced and talented web developer. Applicants must be creative and he/ she will focus on developing a seamless workflow between the Web Designer and IT Manager. This will include assisting in development and continuous improvement of the website, proactively suggesting new website content and features.

Responsibilities include:
• Design and develop responsive web applications using ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, DHTML/JavaScript, JSON, XML, CSS, AJAX, eMail, and MS SQL Server.
• Design and develop complex SQL queries and database development (with a focus on MS SQL Server).
• Code, integrate, test, debug, and refine the software to produce the required product.
• Create, execute and support Unit Tests and Acceptance Tests.
• Create structured, self-documenting and maintainable code.
• Work with Window servers running IIS web servers and Linux servers running Apache web servers
• Develop system architecture and design including software, hardware, communications and interface requirements.

Qualifications
Knowledge skills required:

• Must have proficient skills and experience with ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, JSON, XML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and MS SQL Server.
• Proficient skills using Internet collaboration tools, such as instant messaging, remote desktop, SVN, and SourceForge/TeamForge.
• Proficient with Windows environments and Web software development tools.
• Must be experienced with ASP, ASP.NET, PHP and familiar with responsive web development.

Education Experience requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• + 5 years’ of software development experience or an equivalent combination of IFE systems/engineering experience combined.

Nice to have, but not required:
• Amazon Web Services / Webstore experience
