Job Description

The Web Application Developer will work directly with our Sr. Software Engineer to maintain the corporate business system that we’ve built internally. The individual will design and implement features from concept to completion, driving IT design and usability while addressing performance and scalability challenges. The individual will be responsible for tracking, documenting, reproducing and correcting problems, as well as versioning and building internal and external releases.

Responsibilities:

Design and create innovated features for our internal business system, and for other web projects
Design and implement features from concept to completion
Maintain and upgrade existing web applications.
End user administration
Tracking, documenting, reproducing and correcting problems
Act as part of the development team, ensuring overall projects/deadlines are met for all members of the team.
Versioning and building internal and external releases
Researching current and new technologies as necessary for designing and implementing new software components
Perform special projects as directed by the Sr. software engineer.

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ Years Paid Experience developing web applications.
Experience developing complex Web application as portal site
Strong Experience developing complex ASP.NET (MVC)
Experience building C#, C/C++ applications
Experience with using MS SQL
Strong knowledge of Web traffic optimization and Cross-Browsing.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with using jQuery to build interfaces
Experience using web services (REST/SOAP/XML-RPC)
Ability to do outstanding work both individually and as a part of a team
Must be bilingual in Korean & English, written & verbal

Desired but not required:

Experience building Web App or Native App
Experience building e-Commerce websites including real-time credit card process
live within 20 miles of the job location, Newport Beach, CA
Experience with other JavaScript libraries. (YUI, ExtJS, Dojo, Mootools, etc.)
Experience with using/managing SQL Server and Windows Server

Annual Salary: Based on Experience
