    Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager

    Location: Fontana, CA

    Reports to: Sr. Logistics Manager

    Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager at our Fontana, CA warehouse.     Role Description and Responsibilities:
    •Daily operation supervising and system process execution.
    •Shipping of all orders in a timely manner.
    •Compliance of orders with SOP requirement.
    •GVM/WMS/TMS processing to be compliant with Order (RO) requirements and internal rules.
    •Conducting final checks and inspections of orders before loading and shipping out.
    •Inventory management.
    •Cycle count plan and implementation.
    •Warehouse floor space management.
    •Upkeep of warehouse cleanliness.
    •FIFO control of glue.
    •Tracking of WMS information and physical inventory.
    •Keeping shipping documents chronologically controlled to easily retrieve (BOL, RO, pictures, etc.)
    •Communication between warehouse and headquarters.
    •Submitting and emailing daily reports.
    •Reporting issues or incidents to headquarters in a timely manner.
    •Monitoring and finalizing office and warehouse purchases according to budget.
    •Implementing purchase plans for HM pallets and VT A frames.
    •Leading A Frame and HM pallet return program from customers.
    •Accountable for payment of utility and warehouse bills.
    •Supervising warehouse employees.
    •Monitoring attendance and productivity of employees.
    •Tracking of absences.
    •Implementing back-up plans for absences.
    •Training staff and operators.

    Education and Work Experience:
    •Associates degree in business or related field.
    •Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant warehouse experience (supervisory experience preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    •Strong safety minded skills (ability to interpret and process safety procedures and manuals)
    •Ability to withstand a variety of standing, lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds, and pulling inventory.

    •Ability to strategize and plan.
    •Operation of forklift.
    •Great Oral and Written Communication Skills.
    •MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Salary Range:
    •Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience.
