Now Editing “Warehouse Supervisor / Manager – Korean Bilingual” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Resume to info@a2zreturnvalues.com Job Description K-town에 위치한 화장품,bio회사에서 미국 및 북미지역 distribution창고를 운영하실 Supervisor/Manager를 모십니다. 현재 outsourcing창고를 inhouse로 하기 위하여 전반적인 창고운영 경험자 찾습니다. - Position: Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager - Job Location: 초기 사무실(LA Koreatown) – 창고 setup시 이동예정 - fulltime position -Salary Range- 50-60k per Year plus employee benefits RESPONSIBILITIES LEADERSHIP. - Execute and manage Warehouse operation policies and procedure - Manage the team schedule and hours of efficiency based on the Company’s SCM flow, product flow and customer’s ordering - Set clear departmental goals and communicate to the teams - Monitor team performance and management reporting metrics - Collaborate work with other departments - Follow up management assigned work WAREHOUSE operation - Supervise day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality and performance and member experience of both the Warehouse and pick and pack distribution - Ensure all product is received, audited, and put to the bin in accordance with department KPI’s - Oversee all product transfers and distribution is completed in a timely manner -Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures -Manage & audit Order “Return or Cancel” return policies and procedure - Ensure the warehouse is a safe and clean work environment and is in compliance with OHSA, FDA regulations - Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents - Track process metrics and utilizing data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and reporting to management - Monitor inventory levels and work with the Director Supply Chain to ensure the the warehouse is stocked accordingly - Ensure all product is organized as efficiently as possible - Report on inventory inaccuracies and carry out regular cycle counts to ensure inventory discrepancies are at a minimum Pick & Pack Operation - Ensure all product is received, audited, put to the bin in the PICK & PACKarea - Ensure all product transfers are completed in a timely manner - Manage the picking flow and process to fulfill all client’s orders with 48hours(?) - Ensure there are zero orders pending fulfillment past 48 hours and reporting to the Director of Supply Chain on how many and why if there are any pending orders. - Manage the process and team for picking, packing and shipping all orders and implement cost and time effective improvements REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of supervisory experience in the area of Warehouse or e-commerce logistics area - Must have strong knowledge of all warehouse procedures - Experience in the retail industry / E-commerce pick &pack is a strong asset - Physically can lift over 30 LBS or Operate Forklift operation - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office -Korean / English Bilingual, Spanish plus -Basic understanding of business operation Knowledge Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year I agree to the terms of service Update List
