Warehouse Manager / Supervisor – Manufacture

Client company seeks highly-motivated, reliable with strong teamwork skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and work in fast paced environment to join the following position(s) open:

Essential Duties:
• Direct, manage and support front line warehouse supervisors and operations.
• Administers employee discipline, reviews vacation requests for employees and conducts annual performance evaluations for subordinate employees.
• Actively participates in the Safety Program and complies with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing safety and advising management on needed actions
• Follow to California / Federal foods safety and regulation
• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and human resources policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Monitors inventory levels by conducting cycle counts; physical inventories and reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of the warehouses by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Daily decisions regarding production, labor placement, workforce headcount requirements; scheduling of work flow and systems used; quality management and measurement, and process improvement.
Knowledge/Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment.
Computer skills: MS Office (Excel / Word / power point)
Preferred experience-can drive “Warehouse transport vehicle- forklift “

Excellent interpersonal:
Must be able to read and write, phone conversion professionally in English.

Salary: $45K /Year + Company benefit
