As we predicted early today, good news about Visa Bulletin for July 17, 2007 finally came out from DOS. DOS announced on July 17 that the Visa Bulletin for July 2007 released on June 12 is valid. Visa numbers are available for all applicants in all employment-based immigration categories except “other workers.” USCIS will accept all I-485s filed in July.

Please also note that visa numbers are “Unavailable” for all applicants for August 2007. Applicants must file their I-485s before August 1 to take advantage of the current July Visa Bulletin.

Now, hurry up, contact your attorney, prepare your application documents, make appointments for medical examinations, and make sure your application can be received by USCIS before August 1.
