The Department of State released the latest Visa Bulletin for April 2008 on March 14.
There are few changes for applicants born in mainland China filing employment-based immigration petitions. However, there is a big leap in EB-2 for applicants born in India as DOS allotted the unused EB-2 numbers in the previous calendar quarter to the India EB2 applicants.The following are cut-off dates for employment-based immigration petitions. Dates in the parentheses are cut-off dates for February 2008.
