• Location: Durham, NCuJoynus is seeking a Bilingual Korean North Carolina Market V.P. of Sales & Operations for an authorized Premier dealership for MetroPCS, the fifth-largest facilities-based wireless service provider in the U.S.
The selected individual will be primarily responsible for ensuring the day to day operation of the company’s regional hub located in Durham, NC, liaising with Metro PCS management and headquarters, and providing customer support to individual store operators.
Responsibilities
• Responsible of overseeing overall operations including sales
• Key responsibilities include controlling expenses and payroll budgets, handling personnel issues, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention
• Ensure the highest level of customer service throughout the stores within assigned territory
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified sales associates to meet the needs of the stores
• Participate and enforce in administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives
• Plan and assist onsite training program to enhance employees’ ability to handle assigned tasks
• Monitor sales activities and encourage greater marketing and contest participations from the stores
• Conduct regular employee assessment to better analyze and prepare for future planning
• Maintain close contact with store managers to assist and coordinate various strategies to improve overall operationsRequirements
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English (Strong emphasis on English ability!)
• 3+ years of experience in retail management and PTN (Private Trading Network) distribution management experience
• Strong interpersonal , communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
