Position Classification: Bilingual Korean Inside Sales Support Specialist
Department: Operations
Shift: M – F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Location: Norcross, GAuJoynus is seeking a Korean speaking Inside Sales Support Specialist for a pacific global logistics company. The company looks to streamline transportation services to create value for its customers and strives to become the leading global logistics company built on its clients’ trust and satisfaction.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support for the sales process and assisting with client management.
Responsibilities:
* Help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner
* Escalate issues to supervisors or other departments as necessary
* Make sales calls, including cold calls
* Follow up with calls to prospective clients to provide additional information
* Maintain e-mail correspondences with customers as necessary
* Provide support in maintaining and managing client relations
* Update records regarding customer interactions
* Provide clerical support for the operations departmentRequirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (Non-major specific)
* Must be able to communicate in Korean on a professional level (Client base consists primarily of Korean speaking companies)
* 1-2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Superb organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented
* Prefer knowledge in import/export processes
