uJoynus is seeking a KOREAN speaking Bilingual Korean IT Specialist candidate for a Tier 1 KIA/Hyundai supplier dedicated to becoming a global leader specializing in automobile body frames through continuous improvement and creativity.

Responsibilities:
* Takes ownership of issues with hardware, software, and operating systems and work to expeditiously resolve them
* Provides desk-side and remote assistance
* Clearly articulates activities and documents solutions to issues in ticket system
* Supports emerging and evolving technologies (desktops, laptops, smartphones and other handheld devices, etc.)
* Gathers and shares knowledge/experiences with colleagues and management
* Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups
* Research technologies and attend training to keep current with latest technologies
* Assumes duties of technical support all across the organization
* Assists technical support/Network Operations assignments as directed
* Back up company’s communications network
* Handles modifications of company IT network
* Performs debugging and maintenance as needed

Requirement:
* Bilingual in Korean and English. No exceptions
* Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution (Non-major specific)
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical
* 1-2 years of experience in IT
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, operating systems, hardware, software, and networks
