uJoynus is seeking a passionate HR Specialist candidate for a tier 1 automotive parts supplier located in Columbus GA. The selected individual will take part in a company who manufactures car floor mat for various clients including, but not limited to LA Hyundai Mobis, Honda, and GM.

The hired individual will be responsible for managing employment policies in the contexts of hiring, discipline, employment termination, training, compensation, benefits, leave, equal opportunity and other human resources issues. The incumbent reports directly to the President.
