Joynus Staffing is interviewing qualified individuals who are bilingual in Korean and English. Qualified individual selected for the Bilingual Korean HR Specialist position will join a tier two KIA/Hyundai supplier who specializes in metal stamping. Position Overview

The Bilingual Korean HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting management with employment policies in the contexts of hiring, discipline, employment termination, training, compensation, benefits, leave, equal opportunity and other human resources issues.

Requirements:
Bilingual Korean and English (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree (non-major specific, but prefer fields of study related to HR)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:
Maintain employee information
Assess employment needs of the company and plan and coordinate activities to meet them
Paperwork processing for employees including new hires and terminated employees
Coordinate with payroll to ensure employees’ compensation, insurance, and other benefits are administered accordingly
Help to establish clear company policies and assist in enforcing them
