Responsibilities: * Assist in conducting month end closing including taxes and produce required reports * Make general ledger entries * Analyze budget and make recommendations * Coordinate all local accounting functions with HQ * Maintain confidential accounting records and files * Handle payroll of all external employees * Coordinate with appropriate sales manager or client for time correction as needed * Pay invoices and statements in a timely manner Minimal Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 0-2 Years of Experience * Bilingual (Korean, English) * Keyboarding skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Attention to detail Preferred: * Bookkeeping experience * QuickBooks experience * Staffing industry experience Work Environment: * TiDra boasts a very family-like environment, and it possess a strong sense of unity!
