Founded in January of 2014, Polytech Fibers LLC is an 80,000 sq. ft Georgia-based polyester fiber manufacturing facility located in Chatsworth, GA. The company manufactures and supplies polyester technical fibers to various manufacturing industries. The company is rapidly expanding, and the team of highly experienced professionals are seeking a new Accounting Specialist team member to join the Polytech family.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
* Forecasting Cash Flow projection and prepare monthly Statement of Cash Flow
* All accounts payable and receivable implemented on timely manner schedule.
* Monitoring any aging AP an AR transactions.
* Monitoring cash activity and record on daily basis.
* Managing all credit lines for preventing any cash shortage. Comply with contract requirements from Revolving Credit lines and Long Term Loan.
* Managing aging Document against Payments.
* Managing Corporate Credit Card system (card issue, card termination, block card, etc.)
* Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation between card statement and booked entry.
* Forecasting Debt Ratio on monthly basis.

Requirements:
* Must be bilingual in Korean and English
* Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
* Must be able to proficiently utilize Excel
* Quickbooks experience is a plus
