Now Editing “[uJoynus] Bilingual Korean Account Coordinator (Entry Level) in Detroit, MI” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at • Position Classification: Bilingual Korean Account Coordinator (Entry Level) • Department: Sales • Salary: DOE • Location: Detroit, MI • Language Requirement: Korean and English Working within the purchasing team, the Account Coordinator will assist in providing information to management. <em>Responsibilities:</em> • Under general direction, responds to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or e-mailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing and delivery options. • Be responsible for Account payables and Account Receivables. • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Maintain files and prepares reports and correspondence as required. • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports. • Arranges and manages production orders, inventories, updates, logistics in a manner to bring margin. • Provides administrative support for the sales team and other duties as assigned by management. • Documents customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provides information as necessary to other departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high quality customer service. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Visits customer locations as necessary to maintain effective working relationships. • Be knowledgeable of and provide information on competition, market trends and new product ideas on an on-going basis. • Provides customer with necessary technical assistance regarding product specifications. <em>Requirements:</em> • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. • Must speak and write Korean and English fluently. • General computer operation with centralized financial systems and proficiency in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. • Strong oral communication and written skills. <em>Additional Compensation:</em> • 401K • Health, Dental and Vision (full coverage) • Vacation Time and PTO • Cellphone Privilege • Education Support • Incentive <em>About uJoynus:</em> Creating new opportunities for individuals and businesses to grow successfully is something we strive for each and every day.
