* Position Classification: Bilingual Development Specialist (Korean Language)
* Department: Purchasing
* Salary: DOE
* Additional Compensation: Incentive Overtime (15%-35% of salary) + Bonus + 401K and Health/Dental/Vision
* Location: West Point, GA

Responsibilities:
* Monitors and troubleshoots U.S. Custom tariff issues and cooperate with appropriate associates within the company to match HTS code and Certification of Origin.
* Maintains all documents, contract and formal minutes separately with each binder and check expiration date for TS16949 standards.
* Organizes international estimated time arrival shipping plan for Japan & China to make flexible and efficient operation.
* Effectively utilizes development schedule based on customer mass production.
* Schedules technical team members for internal and external training programs.
* Make immediate local business trip to solve emergency situation.
* Consult HTS code for CKD parts & calculate NAFTA Trace Value and report every month to Customer.
* Review PPAP approval documents and manage receiving sample schedule with vendor and Quality Department.
* Review Engineering Order and make a decision whether it must be applied or not and discuss internally within the company with appropriate personnel and externally with vendors.
* Manage local vendor’s price change and input value into SAP system

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (non-major specific)
* Korean language is a must!
* Ability to adapt to varied work requirements and be flexible
* Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
* Prefer prior automotive knowledge and experiences
* Procurement experience is a plus
