Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

Pay Rate: DOEPosition Overview:
Reporting to uJoynus management and Joynus Care’s Care Coordinator, the Administrative Coordinator will work directly at Joynus Care to provide administrative support by completing tasks that include, but are not limited to documentation, filing, and manning the Joynus Care reception area.Requirements:
Fluent in Korean and English (Strong emphasis on English skills!)
Computer skills (MS Office)
Bachelor’s Degree (Non-Major specific) or equivalent experiencePreferences:
Previous experience working as a receptionist or admin assistant
Working knowledge of CRM systemsCharacter
Extremely detail oriented and well-organized (Do your friends ask you if you are a perfectionist?)
Diligent and determined to ensure completion of work in a timely manner
Flexible and adapts well to fast-paced environment
Strong sense of responsibility and takes pride in being dependable
Tech Savvy
Friendly and warm character
Sensitive to multiple cultures (especially familiar with Asian cultures)
