• Position Classification: Bilingual Korean Inside Sales Representative
• Department: Sales
• Shift: M-F; 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (May work longer hours as an on needed basis.)

• Location: McCalla, ALTo sell Company’s services; develop customer relations via telephone and email communications, and to work in conjunction with other sales representatives in the positions of products and closing of new business.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or emailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing and delivery options.
• Document customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provide information as necessary to other departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high quality customer service.
• Resolves customer complaints by investing problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Monitors competitions by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Be knowledge of and provide information on competition, market trends and new product ideas on an on-going basis.
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, quality and drive leads.
• Visit customer locations as necessary to maintain effective working relationships.
• Maintains files, and prepare reports and correspondence as required.
• Provide customer with necessary technical assistance regarding product specifications.
• Provide administrative support for the sales team.
• Performs other related duties as directedRequirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prefers experience in customer service, outside sales, or inside sales in a steel industry
• Must speak and write Korean and English fluently
• Strong oral communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
• General computer operation with centralized financial systems and proficiency in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.Additional Compensation:
