* Position Overview*
Selected candidate for this position will report to the Plant Manager, and he/she will oversee 10-12 maintenance team members. The incumbent will be responsible for the ongoing operation of the equipment in the facility.

*Job Description*
* Supervise team of 12 members to handle electrical and mechanical maintenance issues
* Troubleshoot, maintain and repair complex systems and equipment in one or more areas of assignment
* Document records of installation, industrial machinery maintenance and repair orders
* Prepare status reports and other necessary reports and documentation
* Coordinate, plan and schedule projects related to installation, maintenance and equipment repairs
* Maintain inventory and order supplies, parts, equipment and materials for projects and programs
* Locate and communicate with appropriate vendors to order supplies and materials
* Apply OSHA standards to promote safety at the jobsite

*Requirements*
* High school diploma or GED
* 3+ years of experience in maintenance, and clear understanding of OSHA requirements
* Managerial experience
* Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering educational background highly preferred
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Prioritizing work projects and meeting work schedules
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
* Ability to read blueprints, specifications and technical materials
