Sales & Marketing Analyst
Location: Euless, TX

Responsibilities

-Manage inside sales activities and provide daily reports.
-Strategically oversee sales activities to optimize performance.
-Develop and report on marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
-Report on sales performance both daily and weekly.
-Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints at both individual load and overall account levels.
-Participate regularly in customer meetings to gather essential information.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
-Handle all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
-Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
-Continuously enhance knowledge of supply chain dynamics including market conditions, pricing, transportation modes, and equipment.
-Analyze complex or multiple data sets to resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications

-Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the logistics preferred.
-Outstanding attention to detail.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
-Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Available to work overtime during peak times.
-No restrictions on business trips.
