Job Title: Trucking Dispatcher (Non-experienced 1 and Experienced 1)

The company is currently seeking for highly energetic and reliable individuals to fill trucking dispatcher positions at its office in Dallas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Load plan and send out reports for status
– Assist owner operators for trouble shooting
– Track and enter necessary data onto the system
– Read and interpret routes to assist drivers in planning the most efficient route
– Acknowledge regulations and duties of truck drivers in comprehensive way
– Maintain close working relationship with drivers and office staffs
– Check shipments availability with customers via the phone or email and dispatch trucks or drivers accordingly
– Keep following status from pickup to delivery and update to relative parties
– Maximize consolidation and decrease cost by managing loading plans
– Collaborate with multiple parties involving the movement of cargos

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
– 0-2 years for entry level and +3 years for experienced level
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
– Ability to multi-task
– Proficiency in MS Office Products
