We are looking for a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager. The Sr. Finance & Accounting Manager oversees financial operations, including team management and protocols, while also conducting financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. Responsibilities Primary: [Financial Governance and Operations] * Develop and implement financial and accounting protocols. * Supervise and coordinate team members' roles and responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations. * Maintain accurate accounting, tax, and financial records. * Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets, policies, and procedures. [Financial Planning and Analysis] * Provide cash flow projections to senior management. * Conduct tax planning through annual forecasts and periodic risk assessments. * Perform thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights for management decision-making.
