Project Name : Automotive Telematics System Development project
Position : Technical writer and project coordinator
Basic Qualification : Must bilingual – Korean / English
Description of Position (List essential duties and responsibilities):
• The individual shall possess at least one (1) year of progressive work experience in one of the following areas: (a) software development (b) computer network operations, (c) software product/system testing, and (d) information systems security analysis.
• Able to business analysis capability.- can be perform BA if have ability.
• Create document and presentation file follow by development methodology or Project Manager.
• Perform project support duties directly supporting the Project Management Office.
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to effectively gather information from meetings and relay the information back orally and in writing to program office leadership.
• Must be proficient in technical reviewing and editing documents for the purposes of formatting, grammar, and content; detail oriented in all aspects.
• This position will involve direct client / customer interaction or meeting translation support.
• Responsibilities will entail administrative duties, as well as various project support tasks.
• The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, be able to effectively track deliverable due dates and be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing to program office leadership.
• Must be able to interact with senior leaders, be able to successfully deal with high visibility situations, and work effectively under the pressure of rigid deadlines.
• The candidate should demonstrate good judgment, excellent problem solving and innovation skills, the ability to work with limited direct supervision, and will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Qualifications:Required Skills/Experience:
• This position requires someone with working Microsoft Office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Ability to create professional executive level presentations
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions from PM is a must
• Must be able to work well alone and as part of a team.
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must be adaptable to a fluid and dynamic working environment.
• BA/BS is preferred ( Business or Computer related )
Location:
• Fountain Valley, CA.
Duration:
• 6 to 12 months ( 1 Month Probation )
Rate : $ ( 30 – 50 ) / Hour ,Depend on Experience
