Position: Technical Service Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Technical Service for fabricator or distributor as customers
• Support technical response to customers such as oil majors and EPC company for premarketing of energy steel which is supplied for oil and gas industry
• Develop clients in North, Central and South America for steel sales
• Search new business opportunities
• Handle the inquiry from clients technical documentation or requirements
• Analyze and summarize specification code and regulation
• Gather market trends and data, market analysis and forecast, and project searching on regular basis
• Participate in international technology conference to promote the company’s products
• Perform other duties as assigned by the managementMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Material Science/Engineering or related field
• No experience required. Few years of experience in the related industry are highly preferred
• Proficient in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage time effectively to accurately complete tasks with competing deadlines
• Demonstrate interest in personal development and education
• Other Skills: Problem Solving, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Professionalism
• Legally authorized to work in the US
