As a Technical Service Engineer, a candidate will handle providing technical support, developing clients, performing market research, and promoting the company’s products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical service to fabrication and distribution industry customers
• Support pre-marketing technical inquiries for customers in the oil and gas industry (e.g. oil majors and EPC companies)
• Handle inquiries from clients regarding technical documentation and/or requirements
• Search for new business opportunities for sales
• Develop clients in North, Central and South America
• Analyze and summarize specification codes and regulations
• Gather market trends and conduct data and market analysis and forecast for new project opportunities on a regular basis
• Participate in international technology conferences to promote the company’s products
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science/Engineering or related field
• Must be able to complete training in Metro Atlanta, GA
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate interest in personal development and education
• Excellent in problem-solving, customer service, oral communication, and written skills
• Time management skills and ability to complete numerous tasks accurately within multiple deadlines Additional Compensation:
