Job Summary
Responsible for managing incoming calls from merchants/agents for terminal troubleshooting and call center functions for payment card processing
Responsibilities
· Manage calls from merchants/agents
· Troubleshoot terminal problems-hardware/software
· Manage general payment processing questions in call center environment
Qualifications
· Legal status to work in US
· Good Oral & Written communication skills
· Computer Literacy
· Good Knowledge on terminal functionalities and download file
· Professional telephone etiquette
· Ability to work independently – self-motivating personality
· Bilingual in English & Korean

· Associate degree or equivalent
