Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing and training the sales staffs. Sales supervisor will need to become, if not already, a master of our products.
• Reviewing and approving sales proposals to ensure proposals are accurate and reflect the needs of the customer and services.
• Requires ability to coach and mentor sales staffs to achieve their goals.
• Utilizing the company ACT system to manage opportunity pipelines, and ensuring that sales staff do the same.
• Preparation of forecasts and sales plans.
• Communicating the company policies and procedures to staffs and achieving compliance trough team communication and leading by example.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 Years experience in the field. Engineering background plus.
• Strong sales and leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage, coach, train and motivate sales staffs.
• Proven experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales and profit goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and computer skills are a fundamental requirement for this position.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening prior to employment.
