– Ownership of WMS
(Warehouse Management System) and support daily operations, maintenance tasks,
implementation of additional requirements, and any abnormalities.

– Ownership of TMS
(Trucking Management System) and support daily operations, maintenance tasks,
implementation of additional requirements, and any abnormalities.

– Involved in various
other enterprise application systems to support the use and maintenance – Intranet
& Email System (Company Groupware), Operations & Accounting System,
Trucking Management System, Freight Tracking System and more.

– Respond to support
calls from business users, collect related information, assess priorities,
trouble-shoot and resolve application software problems.

– Responsible for
estimating, monitoring and reporting development tasks, project status and
anticipating potential issues that could adversely impact schedules.

– Actively
participate in constant PI activities, including reviews, interviews, analysis,
documentation, reporting and presentations.
