Position Summary |
Position is responsible for the design, development, testing, and promotion to production of SAP security roles/authorizations throughout SOLMAN and AMS(Authorization Management System) In addition, position provides operational support of SoD(Segregation Of Duty) analysis and internal/external IT security audit. This position reviews all end user request for authorization and verifies it. |
Common Essential Duties & Resp. |
•Assigns or modifies access for end users, who require access to SAP Global ERP systems(GMP,GFP, GIP, GBP) and SOLMAN functional roles and profiles. • Advises business unit manager on how to optimize security roles and avoid SOD violations. • Review all authorization request from end users and verifying it is proper with his/her function in organization. • Works with consultants of SDSA(Samsung Data Systems America) as well as GERP supporters of headquarters in Korea to provide reports on user profiles and roles to minimize SOD violations. • Provides training and assistance for new employees how they apply system access throughout AMS(Authorization Management System). • Completes formal security investigations to arrive at root cause, corrective and preventive actions. • Working with team members, end users to managing changes and process innovation in terms of process integration, balancing productivity and risk management.

Background / Experience |
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience and/or field of study. |
Necessary Skills / Attributes |
• Strong verbal and written communication in with internal/external users as well as 3rd parties(SDSA consultants) • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work cross functionally • According to urgent circumstances or time difference between USA and Korea, there could be overtime work. • Candidate must be able to domestic/international business travel. • Korean Language abilities
