주요 업무
. Response and follow up Supplier Quality Issue
– Notify Non-Conforming Report and request to submit Initial and 8D report
– Review 8D for effective corrective and permanent action
. Manage Supplier Score Card (NCR, PPM, Delivery compliance) and Supplier Process Audit, and request/review inspection reports and samples
. Report and follow up OEM and Warranty Issue due to supplier issue
. Report and monitor to match physical inventory and ERP system
. Conduct daily check, maintain Quality Market defect parts to register GMES and prepare claim, and follow up Supplier register issue
. Prepare IATF 16949 audit
. Work closely Quality Engineers and other teams to support plant requirements
. Support efforts to use inspection data for process improvement.
. Generate quality documentation according to customer or internal audits.
. Completion of PPAP/ISIR according to plan without delay for supplier 4M/EO.
– EO Change Management (review and approve Supplier PPAP, follow up with related team’s requirements)
– Review and approve supplier’s 4M request.
. Manage Supplier PPM and give feedback to supplier.
. Conduct Process Control Plan Audit (PCPA) for suppliers.

자격 요건
. 4 year technical degree
. Min. 3 years of experience in Production Quality or Supplier Quality
. Knowledge of production processes, quality requirements and other techniques for maximizing effective product manufacturing.
. Knowledge of PPAP/PFMEA/Control Plan, APQP, Parts drawing analysis or GD&T
. Knowledge of environmental standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14000), quality control system (6 sigma, SPC, Gauge R&R)
