역할
Develop and manage the Supplier Development Process in a process-based quality department.
This position is the focal point of quality and development timing for new programs

​주요 업무
– Assess potential suppliers
– Participate in the technical review for supplier selection
– Carry out supplier development for new programs
– Manage supplier’s development timing to meet the new program schedule
– Review suppliers’ 4M preparation plan in terms of part quality
– Audit suppliers’ manufacturing process
– Qualify suppliers’ parts and products
– Verify suppliers’ manufacturing capacity
– Perform regular process audit at the mass production stage

지원 자격
– BS in Engineering or related field
– Min. 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality
– Parts development experience with suppliers
– Ability to understand GD&T and drawings
– Six Sigma Green & Black Belt
– Knowledge of APQP, SPC, MSA and Quality System (TS16949, VDA, etc.)
