Job Purpose
. Assist the Head in managing operations of North America and South America regions.
. Facilitate agile organizational response to customer needs

Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as needed)
. Facilitate communication among multicultural individuals.
. Understand customer concerns, assist with devising solutions, and drive interregional cooperation towards customer satisfaction.
. Serve as an interface between the American region and the company’s global affiliates.
. Assist in streamlining each site’s HR practices including organization structure, compensation standards, and recruiting practices.
. Enable operational excellence by innovating business processes and strengthening process compliance.

Qualifications
. Fluent in Korean and English.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent analytical skills.
