General description Strategic planner's role is to assist manager to plan, implement, and review work flow to achieve the company's forecasted goal. Strategic Planner will also provide support for overall office management including but not limited to, accounting and business support. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1) Assist with Coordination to establish organization strategy, initiative, KPI and Team & individual KPIs as well 2) Assist in setting up team goals from all teams and monitor KPIs and initiative status throughout the year 3) Assist business Plan (Resource Plan, Expense Plan, Investment Plan) and report to top management 4) Help coordinate Monthly Team Leads meeting to monitor and report performance to top management 5) Assist team lead in preparing and coordinating reports for Strategic Meeting 6) Provide assistance to any reports to top management as requested 7) Prepare Global Meetings (Lighting, Chassis, Quality) 8) Point of contact and communicate with Strategic Planning group HQ 9) Provide support to convey and spread directions, strategies or others from top management 10) Various tasks that are given from manager 11) Coordinate and plan for management visit (reports, activity, etc) 12) Help prepare plans for team building lunch 13) Take care of travel needs for Top Management 14) Provide support for request for expats to HR HQ per expat resource plan 15) Keep record updated and track of relocation assignment period and visa status per expat resource plan 16) Contact lawyer and offices located in other states for visa processing and any issue 17) Managing Expat Polices 18) Arrange moving company for returning employees to Korea 19) Contact and Support for IT issue to resolve that needs to involved with IT in Korea or Offices located in other states 20) Coordinate visitors from Korea regarding guest house or hotel and rental Job experience 0-2 years in business setting Education Bachelor’s degree in Business related field Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2) Knowledge of state and federal laws a plus 3) Fluent in MS Office products – with a strong background in excel 4) Ability to promote team environment 5) Ability to work with all levels of employees 6) Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality 7) SAP Experience is a plus but not required. 8) Able to speak and write Korean fluently is a requirement I agree to the terms of service Update List
