Job description

• Preparation of monthly journal entries
• Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and P&L
• Provide variance analysis of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts monthly
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budgets
• Preparation of monthly accruals, depreciation calculations, fixed-asset schedules, prepaid amortization of intangibles and prepaid schedules
• Preparations and review of all Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly inventory analysis including inventory reserve schedules
• Preparation of monthly Borrowing Base schedules for inventory and accounts receivable

Who we are looking for

• 4 year Accounting Degree required
• Must be able to multi task and work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be detail oriented and analytical
• Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
