[Position]
 Full-time staff accountant w/ 1-3 years of experience

[Essential Functions and Responsibilities]
 Participate in various audit engagements
 Manage a number of clients in wide range of industries
 Perform periodic bookkeeping and prepare financial statements and report packages
 Prepare periodic tax returns including payroll, sales tax, business and property tax
 Prepare and assist in preparation of individual and corporate income tax returns
 Participate in various complex tax research issues
 Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with clients and other staff

[Knowledge, Skills and Abilities]
 MS/BS/BA degree in accounting or related field
 1-3 years of accounting experience
 Proficient with MS Office Suite
 Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or other accounting & tax software programs
 Excellent written and oral communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Korean preferred)
 Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
 Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
