    JOB TITLE: Sr. Marketing Coordinator
    REPORTS TO: Sr. Marketing Manager

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the Bibigo marketing team, as this person must inspire and act as the primary point of contact for vendors, staff, restaurant managers and the community. This person is also primarily tasked with assisting and supporting the team with store-level marketing initiatives, public relations, community events and social media initiatives to drives sales, increase brand visibility and reach new customers. This position will be highly creative and collaborative with cross-functional and external partners. The coordinator will work with the manger to ensure that all marketing campaigns are brand appropriate, delivered on time, within budget and are tied back to the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with the Manager to craft a holistic marketing plan to drive traffic into our stores.
    • The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for Local Community Outreach and Coordination
    • Maintain relationships with like-minded partners at the store level with team members
    • Provide support and coordination for in-store and off-site events
    • Support new store openings and facilitate outreach to the neighborhood and local businesses pre-opening
    • Assists with development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing initiatives
    • Work with marketing and graphics team to develop advertising and promotional materials
    • Assist with various social media efforts to generate added exposure for our brand
    • Develop all social media content on various platforms – create, maintain and execute a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule; including copy, video and photos
    • Travel to different locations and take pictures of the restaurants and food for new content to post on social media channels
    • Manage customer loyalty database, monitor review sites and respond to or forward customer inquiries
    • Ensure alignment across all consumer facing marketing channels
    • Serve as key marketing liaison with Merchandising, Store Operations and Management to communicate key drivers and restaurant focuses
    • Manage marketing communication to all stores in partnership with the Store Operations team
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive messaging across multiple platforms
    • Manage budgets and provide periodic progress reports to appropriate management staff for each project
    • Develop and implement timelines and processes to enable flawless execution across all projects
    • Drafting and creating internal team newsletter and communications

    Minimum Requirements
    • BA/BS Degree with 3+ years post undergrad business experience, preferably in Marketing or related field.
    • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Bilingual in Korean and English
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
    • A strong appreciation of food industry
    • Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must thrive in a team environment, but be able to take initiative and work independently
    • Bilingual preferred. (Must be proficient in English, basic reading/writing Korean preferred)
    • Preferred skills with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
