Summary: To plan, direct and supervise the corporation's financial affairs to include financial reporting, tax compliance, cost accounting and business planning by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Administers and maintains all corporate financial records including books of original entry, supporting schedules and subsidiary ledgers. 2. Establishes and maintains all corporate policies related to accounting matters. 3. Collects and analyzes corporate financial/investment data to provide management and including parent company in Korea with internal reports 4. Provides for an annual budgeting and planning process to insure long term financial and business strategy. 5. Supports all levels of the corporation in budget preparation through training and by providing relevant information when appropriate. And consult their budget vs. actual expenses monthly basis. 6. Handle financial contract negotiation. 7. Establishes and maintains cost accounting standards for the corporation to be implemented. 8. Interface with outside audit firms(s), banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agent(s), credit card companies, and collection agencies 9. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions 10. Establishes procedures for reviewing and approving budgeted expenditure justifications and approvals. 11. Treasury Management, Cash flows forecasting, Market Research, etc. 12. Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: 1. Develops and maintains an effective department through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of all department personnel. 2. Develops and maintains a program for sound employee relations with all accounting employees. 3. Provides guidance and direction to accounting employees to assist them in their professional development. 4. Administers the activities of the general accounting, credit, collections and business planning departments. Bachelors Degree in accounting 2. More than 5 years of managerial experiences in manufacturing/hospitality operations 3. 2~3 years of special reporting and analysis of financial information to management and parent company in Korea (in Korean) 4. 3~5 years of public accounting experiences preferred 5.
