Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Duluth, GA
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Position

Position Summary:
The Finance & Accounting Specialist role is designed to support our dynamic and fast-growing organization. This is an entry position with preferably less than 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
-Process and verify journal entries, maintain accurate records, and manage AR/AP.
-Coordinate with customers and vendors for timely invoice payments and resolve discrepancies.
-Prepare payment plans, monitor bank balances, reconcile transactions, and assist with tax documentation.
-Support financial audits and special projects as needed.

Required Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
-Effective communication skills and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
-Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
-0-3 years of relevant experience.
-KOR/ENG bilingual preferred.
-Must be authorized to work.
