The company I’m currently working for is about to close the office I’m at.
So I’m in the process looking for new job and got an offer but much less salary (about $15000 less)
Should wait for better one? or take this one and keep looking?
I’m just worried if I take the lower salary now I might not get a better deal on the next one.

I think it depends on your situation. Since $15000 is absolutely one of the lowest salaries, I would look for another opportunity. But if you need money as soon as possible, you know what to do. You will get better one than $15000 according to your contribution to the company.

I meant $15000 less than my current one.

연봉협상시 현재 직장이 없으면 (아니면, 그 직장이 out-of-business 할것이라는 것을 알면) 낮게 offer하기도 합니다. (물론 다 그런 것을 아니겠지만요..)
아직 deal하지 않으셨다면, 일단 deal하면서 시간을 벌어보세요.

Yes, that’s what I’m doing now. I gave them my request on certain things as well as higher salary for them to think about.
I’m just thinking about the worst case scenario, just in case. I have my emergency fund and my wife is working so I’m not too much concern on living right away. My concern is more toward to negotiation on the next job since they usually ask “what’s your current/last salary?”

So it comes down to which one is better for my next move, “no job” and “lower salary job”?

미국인들이 그러더라구요. 직장을 구할때는 무조건 먼저 오퍼가 들어온쪽을 선택을 하고, 물론 짧은 기간안에 다른 오퍼를 받을 기회가 있을거 같다면 약간 시간을 버는것도 좋지만, 그리고 잡을 잡았더라도 다른데서 좋은 오퍼가 있으면 일 시작한지 한달만에도 그만두고 나가더군요. 저같은면 그리 못할거 같은데 다들 그리 하더라구요. 그렇게 금방 나가면 회사측에서도 손해고 상당히 섭섭하고 못마땅해 하지만 돈 더줘서 간다는데는 어쩔수 없다는 분위기더군요.

일 시작한지 한달만이 아니라 이틀 나오고 더 좋은 오퍼받은쪽으로 가는 사람도 봤습니다.
