Our client is a Michigan based accounting firm with a 35-years history. The firm has provided over 200 clients with various accounting and income tax services, payroll and sales tax services, and other related services. Other services includes the consolidation of financial statements, some financial auditing (2 or 3), and other analytical works: Cash & Non-cash and EDITDA application. <strong>1. Starting Compensation: </strong> * Base salary from $70,000-$85,000 plus some fringe benefit. * All other benefits are negotiable. <strong>2. Qualification</strong> * American university or college graduate. * Minimum 3 years accounting and tax experience in United State or in Korea * US certified accountant or CPA candidate * Must be eligible to work in the USA (visa sponsorship available) <strong>3. Basic scope of jobs and work schedule</strong>. (1) General accounting and income tax work (2) All necessary IT work related to internet network is serviced by outside specialist. (3) Work period: a) Heavy Season: December 1 through April 15, each year. b) Slowdown season and Off- season: May 1 through November 30, each year: Vacation, seminar and other days-off are available 4.
