The position also requires training users on new functionalities and advising management with enhancement and improvement solutions. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> Responsible for requirement analysis and design Implementation and testing of application independently Research for the enhancement and improvement of IT systems; provide suggestions and ideas to management Determine software/system functional specifications Monitor and resolve system failures independently Provide training for new or modified functionalities Generate data requested by users Regularly collaborate with customers, vendors, and 3rd party vendors on issues, projects as assigned Supervise / manage new project processes and coordinate with other departments as needed <strong>Requirements</strong> 5+ years of Microsoft technologies web development experience required. 5+ years of ASP.NET, C#.NET and Visual Studio 2003/2005/2010 experience required. 5+ years of Oracle programming experience (PL/SQL) required. 5+ years of EDI development experience preferred. Experience with JavaScript, IIS, Object Oriented Design and Development preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must Be a self-starter who can work both independently and within a team in an agile environment.
