    Position Summary:
     
    Drives process innovation for both internal and external projects by working closely with contact points within each department and also with HQ and NAHQ.  Help reduce costs, realize operational excellence and increase employee and customer satisfaction. Identifies root cause to problems and uses data driven approaches to solve them.  Interaction with subject matter experts at management level to identify problems, analyze information and develop solutions consistent with our business strategies. Constantly strive to help improve the role of management by working to design and provide them with the necessary tools and systems to assist them in their decision making.
     
    Common Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
    In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
     
    ·         Support internal company process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
    ·         Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to: scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation
    ·         Analyze and report financial, sales and operating data to management using ERP technology such as SAP R/3 and Web-based system.
    ·         Responsible for ongoing process auditing role which includes but not limited to, reviewing finance related processes and procedures in order to make improvement recommendations to Management.
    ·         Looks for areas of improvement and proposes process improvement initiatives
    ·         Responsible for HQ driven Project, coordinating with other department to review related processes and procedures for compliance
    ·         Work with cross functional teams including colleagues, stake-holders and senior management
    ·         Understand & manage HQ based Key Performance Indicators in relevant systems
    ·         Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization and conducting training on the same using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
    ·         Continuously strive for excellence and set example for the rest of the company
     
    Background/Experience
    To qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
     
    ·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Management, or Business Administration
    ·         1-5 years of experience in a position requiring strong analytical skills and an aptitude for project management
    ·         Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and proposes process improvement initiatives
    ·         Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all our organizational levels
    ·         Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level
    ·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
    ·         Excellent communication (Bi-lingual (English & Korean-reading and writing), interpersonal and presentation skills
    ·         SAP and Web-based experience preferred
    ·         Telecommunications business acumen preferred
    ·         Project Management experience preferred

    ·         Ability to prepare written materials and reports
    ·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and mentoring skills
    ·         Ability to development and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company , HQ, North America HQ and with external contacts including customers
    ·         Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments
    ·         The ability to read, to write, to provide critical technical review and prepare reports, technical manuals, test procedures and technical product information
    •       Ability to work independently to identify and ensure achievement of production team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames
     
    Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions
    The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
     
    ·         Work generally performed in an office environment
    ·         Requires some movement and transportation of supplies and materials up to 25 pounds
    ·         Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical and include: time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and product management Stress
    ·         Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule
    ·         Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 75% of work time
    ·         Travel to customers, service agents or STA sites of 25% of time
    ·         Under minimal supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored, consequences of decisions may adversely affect operating results and management decisions.  Position has complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.  Operate PC and product test equipment more than 75% of work time in an alternating sedentary and highly mobile position
