Responsibilities also include identification, measurement, analysis, and communication of the information for the pursuit of the Company goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manage financial planning and performance management, by establishing and reporting mid-term and annual plan Handle internal report and financial analysis reports Manage COGS trend in line by working with various plants Manage forecasting, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow projection and ensure we have proper cash at hand Analyze pattern of cash in/outflow and figure out major events; update CAPEX plan Manage financial reporting for top management/headquarter/external requests and provide response and data upon requests Prepare monthly/quarterly reports to debt/equity holders, data for headquarter BOD meeting Manage monthly performance report Prepare summary of periodic performance data and report to headquarter Provide feasibility analysis for an investment case, assist investment evaluation committee and monitor investments Maintain and improve business processes, company-wide financial policies and Limit of Authority Assist with other duties as assigned SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Must be bilingual in English and Korean Good verbal and written communications in English and Korean with the ability to translate between English and Korean languages in an official business format/setting Corporate finance and cost accounting knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with ERP system Good computer skills including MS Word and PowerPoint Competent technical skills, including the ability to interpret and apply accounting standards to business transactions Process and system awareness, including the ability to identify and mitigate control weaknesses Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to building working relationships Ability to work in a fast, dynamic environment, and prioritize competing priorities Commitment and a willingness to work long hours where required Must be detail-oriented and organized EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance in manufacturing environment is required Prior related work experience in a Korean company is preferred CPA or in process is preferred Audit and Compliance Experience (SOC and SOX reporting over internal controls) is preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year I agree to the terms of service Update List
