USP is expanding its in-house expertise in ERP to automate its fast-evolving and fast-growing business functions. We are looking for a strong ERP software architect to carry out the following set of responsibilities:
 
Responsibilities
* Develop/customize OpenERP Odoo modules and APIs in Python
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
* Data Modeling, module and report development
* Sustaining and improving existing ERP functions in production
* Follow software development and review processes
* Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
* Code refactoring for sustainability and performance tuning.
* Develop future cloud-based ERP services and scaling system to serve tens of thousands of users
* Document and train internal staff 
 
Requirements
* 3+ years of ERP software development experience, and solid understanding of Financial Accounting, Financial Reports and business work flow
* Data relation models and mapping of enterprise business logic to design and implementation
* Enterprise billing and accounting management concepts
* Experience in developing/customizing enterprise modules such as CRM, HRM, Inventory
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
* System and database level performance profiling and optimization
* Linux Python, Postgres, JavaScript, OpenERP/Odoo,
* RESTFul, XML-RPC and JSON-RPC
