Requirements
– have excellent problem solving & analytical skill
– have in-depth knowledge of DBMS Internals
– be well versed with various data modeling techniques.
– have hands on experience in designing and implementing database solutions.
– be comfortable with writing complex & optimized SQL queries for MS SQL 2005 / 2008.
– have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– be a self starter, motivated, deadline oriented and a quick grasper.
– have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, MIS or related field.
– have 4+ years of experience with MSSQL

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
– Work with Business Analysts to gather requirements.
– Design, develop and maintain OLTP and reporting applications.
– T-SQL Programming (e.g. stored procedures, functions, triggers)
– Database Objects Design (e.g. tables, views, indexes, constraints, partitions)
– ETL Programming (SSIS / BusinessObjects)
– Ensure integrity, reliability & quality of data.
– Troubleshoot production performance issues.
